EXPERIENCE

Stacey is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer specializing in guardianship services. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Senior Trust Advisor, Guardianship Services with Northern Trust. Previously Stacey was a partner at the law firm of Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. in Chicago. There she represented individuals and corporate fiduciaries in contested and uncontested matters relating to guardianship and decedent’s estate matters. Stacey was also often appointed by judges as a Guardian Ad Litem and court-appointed counsel.

EDUCATION

Stacey received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif.

EXPERTISE

Stacey works closely with clients and their families to make important decisions relating to a loved one’s estate and/or the administration of a trust, all while demonstrating valuable, purposeful and consistent communication to ensure a client’s comfort and security.

Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She is also involved in various charitable organizations.
