Joseph Griffin is a Financial Consultant and member of the Strategic Advice (STRAD) Team at Wintrust Investments. He joined the firm in 2022 as a Financial Advisor Recruiter and joined the STRAD team in 2023. Joe is skilled in the elements of investment management, setting financial goals, defining risk parameters, designing investment portfolios, and monitoring risk and volatility.

Before joining the firm, Joe spent three years as a corporate recruiter and an agency recruiter. He has experience recruiting for the financial, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

Joe graduated from the University of Illinois, Gies College of Business with degrees in Marketing and Business Process Management. He is also currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Illinois Chicago. Joe earned his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses in 2023.
