Bruce Gauen serves as a Regional Manager where he oversees the Financial Advisor teams in Chicago, including Wintrust Bank branches in various communities in the city.

Prior to joining the firm, Bruce served as Vice President and Branch Manager for multiple locations at Charles Schwab & Co. Prior to that, he held numerous senior leadership positions at Citibank, fostering strong partnerships between the retail bank and wealth management. As Executive Vice President - Area Director for Chicago, he spearheaded events to connect with local communities, promoted financial education, and expanded Citi’s presence around Chicago.

Bruce has a BA from Western Illinois University and holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 66 licenses. He resides in Western Springs, Illinois, with his wife and three children.
