Jean S. Bianchi leads the Trust Administration support team for The Chicago Trust Company. As the Team Lead, she is responsible for the operating policies and procedures that support all administrative functions and the overall client experience. She works closely with the firm's trust associates and trust officers to create efficiency and capacity for their daily workflow.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Jean amassed 35 years of trust administration experience with roles spanning the areas of investments, operations, sales, management, and personal trust administration with Northern Trust and BMO Harris. 

Jean graduated with a bachelor's degree from National Louis University in Business Administration and Ethics. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Business Leadership from National Louis University.

Jean is active in Lake County Crime Stoppers and Habitat for Humanity International. She resides in Lake Zurich with her husband and has an adult son who is married and lives in the suburbs. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, scrapbooking, sewing, and cross stitch. She recently took up skeet shooting and continues to take piano lessons.
