Celeste Rawlins is Chief Financial Officer of Wintrust Wealth Management, with over a decade of financial leadership experience across the financial services industry.

She joined the firm in February 2026 and is responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the Wintrust Wealth Management businesses. Celeste brings deep expertise in accounting and finance matters and has held multiple senior leadership roles focused on process optimization, systems integration, and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Wintrust, Celeste served Chief of Staff to the CEO at Hightower Advisors, a Chicago-based independent RIA, where she also led the accounting function. In that role, she oversaw accounts payable, controllership, financial reporting, and treasury operations. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions across financial services, technology, and manufacturing businesses with diverse ownership structures.

Celeste holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Wartburg College and an MBA with an emphasis in accounting from Upper Iowa University. She resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband and son.
