Paul Carlisle is Chief Operating Officer and Market Head of Wintrust Commercial Banking, where he is responsible for leading and coordinating middle market banking across all of the Wintrust Banks. Paul has spent his entire career serving middle market organizations in the greater Chicago area. He joined Wintrust in 2010 and prior to that spent over 25 years with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor banks, American National and Bank One.

Paul graduated from Hammond (IN) High School and obtained both his BA (Business) and his MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago.  He serves on the Board of Governors and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Metropolitan Planning Council, President of the Avenues to Independence Foundation, and as a board member of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago, the Chicago History Museum, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, Universal Chemicals & Coatings, Inc., Wintrust Investments, The Chicago Trust Company and Great Lakes Advisors LLC.
