Thomas J. Fulscher serves as a Financial Advisor and assists clients with stocks, corporate bonds, and tax-free investments that help maximize their portfolio return. He also provides long-term advice on retirement planning.
Tom has been committed to serving his clients with respect and courtesy ever since he started with the firm in 1968. He has also had the unique pleasure of serving in three Wayne Hummer Investment locations including Chicago, Appleton, and the former Sheboygan, Wisconsin offices.
Tom began his career in the securities industry in 1961 and served in the United States Air Force from January 1965 through October 1968. He attended the former American Institute of Commerce, which is now part of Kaplan University, where he majored in Accounting. Tom holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
