T. Tolbert Chisum serves as an Executive Vice President of The Chicago Trust Company and as Managing Director of Business Development with Wintrust Financial Corporation. Tolbert was an original investor, founder, and member of the Board of Directors of North Shore Community Bank and Trust Company. In 1994, he joined North Shore Community Bank and Trust as President of their Winnetka branch.
Prior to his role at The Chicago Trust Company and Wintrust Financial, Tolbert spent nearly 30 years with Aetna in various marketing and senior management positions including Vice President of Field Management for the Great Lakes region and Regional Vice President for Chicago.
Tolbert graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and, in 2009, was inducted into the College of Business Administration’s Hall of Honor. He is an active community volunteer, serves on numerous civic boards and is Vice-Chairman of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation. Tolbert and his wife, Carrie, reside in Kenilworth, Illinois.
