Steven Becker joined the firm in 1975 and has established himself as an integral Financial Advisor. With a combination of extensive wealth management knowledge and more than three decades of experience, he delivers sound and prudent advice to his clients and their families.
Steve’s focus as the Becker-Micka Team’s investment strategist is guided by his cautious, yet intricate approach to navigating today’s complex markets. When constructing well-balanced portfolios, he views risk management as crucial in determining the most appropriate asset mix to meet each investor’s expectations and to withstand market fluctuations over time. As a testament to his dedication and work ethic, Steve has earned the privilege of maintaining countless lifelong client relationships–many spanning several family generations.
Steve graduated cum laude from Denison University with dual majors in Mathematics and Economics. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance. Steve holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 Licenses, as well as Illinois Life and Variable Contracts Licenses.
