Jelena Stevanovic Jovovic is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for Wintrust Wealth Management, where she oversees the Human Resources and Recruiting function for all Wintrust Wealth Management companies.
Jelena began her tenure at the firm as a Broker/Dealer Accountant within the Finance department in 1998. In February 2000, she created and implemented the firm’s Human Resources department and in 2006, was promoted to the firm Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Jelena co-supervised the Corporate Accounts Division of Aon Corporation.
Jelena holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Purdue University, with a concentration in Economics and Behavioral Sciences. A passionate devotee of the arts, Jelena assists with development and fundraising as a member of the Women's Association of the Northwest Indiana Symphony Society. She resides in Northwest Indiana.
